Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 2005, Kay has extensive experience with foreign investors, hedge fund clients, as well as traditional buyers, sellers, and investors. She is active with the Daytona Beach, Orlando, and Tampa Bay area MLS Boards servicing clients throughout Florida. Kay’s professional career began as Division Director of Sales for a national respiratory provider. Kay contributed to the company's growth from 40 locations / $62M in revenue to more than 600 locations / $560M in revenue. Her 30+ years of Real Estate and Sales Management experience helps clients maximize profits and reduce costs while making their dreams come true. Kay is a Certified Probate Property Expert, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and is a member of the Women's Council or Realtors and International Consortium of Real Estate Associations.
