Beverly E. Jones is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and content producer with a varied career path, including a lawyer, corporate executive, and university leader. As a coach, she helps professionals navigate transitions, meet strategic challenges, and lead teams, and her clients range from federal agencies and non-profits to universities and large corporations. Beverly's book, "Find Your Happy at Work," focuses on creating joy and meaning at work, developing positivity and grit, networking with kindness and clear goals, understanding the power of learning, and managing your happiness to motivate your team.
She also hosts the podcast "Jazzed About Work," produced by WOUB Public Media. She has authored a book, "Think Like an Entrepreneur, Act Like a CEO," circulating globally in multiple languages. Beverly serves as Senior Fellow and Strategic Coach for the Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs at Ohio University, where she focuses on leadership development. Prior to her coaching career, Beverly led external affairs and policy for Consolidated Natural Gas Company and began her legal career in the Securities and Exchange Commission.
