Since October 2021, Kate McKinnon has served as the Head of Human Resources at Playfly Sports, a preeminent name in the sports media and marketing industry. Based in Greater Philadelphia and operating in a hybrid role, Kate is a key figure on the Playfly Corporate Leadership Team. She is tasked with steering the Human Resources and People function through a period marked by significant growth and change.

Kate brings over 15 years of experience across diverse industries, highlighting a proven ability to manage change and implement strategic HR initiatives. Her comprehensive expertise spans Leadership Development, Organizational Change Management, Talent Acquisition, and Decentralized Workforce Collaboration.

Under her leadership, Playfly Sports has launched numerous programs designed to enhance employee engagement and foster a dynamic learning environment.
