Pam Gass
Executive Vice President / Director of Human Resources  | One Florida Bank
Pam Gass is an accomplished HR Professional with more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of HR; from Onboarding to Offboarding. Pam has a special passion for employee engagement, which has helped One Florida Bank earn the top spot for the Best Places to Work Award for three years in a row.
Pam holds an Undergraduate Degree from the University of Central Florida (UCF) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a professional master’s degree from UCF in Human Resource Management and holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications as well. Currently, she serves as the Director of Human Resources at One Florida Bank where she has a small but mighty team of 2. Pam and her team are responsible for all HR functions and prides herself on going the extra mile to make sure all of her employees enjoy coming to work each day.
Outside of work she is the mother of three beautiful daughters, two rescue pups, and has been happily married for 27 years. Pam serves on the UCF Alumni Committee as an engagement champion and has been known to speak at Disrupt HR Orlando a time or two, because HR needs to be disrupted.
