My ability to perform at a high level as a Human Resources Executive stems from my vast career experiences working in virtually every aspect of human resource management. During my formative HR years serving as both an enlisted soldier and officer in the military, I learned the value of building collaborative relationships and managing both the tactical day-to-day aspects of HR as well as strategic, long term development of people and their leadership capabilities.
In my role as Global HR leader, I understand the daily challenges experienced by direct reports, providing them with tools and guidance required to perform as a best-in-class global HR team. It gives me no greater joy than to coach executives, managers and leaders, helping them maximize people performance while creating a collaborative work environment. I am not one to shy away from difficult discussions, and I enjoy partnering with leaders to navigate complex employee situations.
WHAT SETS ME APART:
► Employee Performance Optimization: Utilizing strong interpersonal effectiveness skills, I am known for my ability to implement process improvements that engage and inspire cross-functional employees. My efforts led to improving global performance appraisal completion rate from 75% to 99%. Supervisors and their direct reports saw the process improve employee/supervisor relationships and provide best opportunity for career advancement.
► Succession Planning: My proficiency in conducting talent assessments and career discussions enables me to skillfully identify hi-potentials and implement development plans to ensure leadership pipeline is consistently filled. Implemented talent review program, leading to critical succession planning process for top-level executives.
► Intellectual Curiosity: As an astute problem solver, I listen intently to understand all sides of an issue, asking probing questions and encouraging active participation to ensure best solutions and outcomes. My vast experience working with global HR teams in field operations enables me drive policies and develop HR strategies to support organizational growth objectives.
