Robert obtained a Master of Business Administration at FIU, has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Nova Southeastern University, HR Certifications from SHRM and HRCI and is an Executive Coach. He is fluent in English and Spanish is a frequent keynote speaker at global conferences and has presented in 6 continents.
